Coronavirus Update

As a Practice we deal with a large number of vulnerable Clients with multiple health issues.

Our staff are regularly required to visit Care Homes, Hospitals and Clients in their own

homes. The welfare of our Clients and staff remains our first priority.

In order to minimise the risk of our contributing to the spread of the virus we continue to ask

all of Clients and Professional Connections to communicate with us electronically wherever

possible. We are available by telephone on the usual number – (01243) 263658 and our email

addresses remain unchanged. We will happily arrange meetings either using

videoconferencing or by telephone as appropriate. To assist with banking arrangements and

regulatory compliance we would ask that all payments to this Practice be made through

online banking or card payment. All payments to be made by us will be made in the same


We are taking every precaution to ensure Client confidentiality and we would ask that no one

be offended if we ask questions intended to ensure that information is only imparted to those

who are entitled to it.

Post and items delivered to our office will be dealt with in the usual way until further notice,

but please do not come to our office without prior arrangement. If you are

delivering documents that are too bulky to be posted you will be asked to make contact with

the office by telephone so that our staff can ensure that delivery can be made without risk to

the documents, but in keeping with the policy of social distancing. If it is essential for you to

bring an item to the office, please come with your mobile phone.

In accordance with Government Guidelines, until further notice, all visitors will be required

to wear a face mask or other face covering for the duration of their visit unless they have a

valid exemption. If you attend our offices without a mask please knock and

remain outside until a member of staff has provided a mask.

These are difficult times for everyone and, while we are doing our best to maintain our

service levels, we are sure that everyone will understand it may not be possible for us to keep

strictly to time estimates for the delivery of services given previously. Such time estimates

will be updated as appropriate, but if you have any concerns in this regard please let us know.
